Qualification:
• A strong post graduate degree in a quantitative field
• Knowledge of one or more of the following fields would be desirable: Operations research or econometrics and statistics.
Experience:
• 0 to 4 years experience
• In programming quantitative models
• Prior experience of using or building statistical models and tools
• Experience of working in a team preferred
Skill sets:
• Knowledge of any programming language (R, Matlab, C++) to build quantitative models.
• Knowledge of SPSS, STATA would be an advantage
• Knowledge of basic statistical/ econometric technologies
• Ability to manage complex data requests.
• Motivate and lead the team
• Good communication skills.
Job Description:
• Responsible for research, development and analysis of statistical data.
• Development of algorithm into program modules (codes) for the analytical and statistical processing of data.
• Working on statistical coding using R, STATA, JAVA languages.
• The job involves working and potentially leading quantitative R and D teams.
Salary range:
30-40k p.m.
