Ans. All Indicus Premium Products come within a query driven software that needs to be installed in a Windows based system. The software has facilities like mapping, charting and inbuilt reports. Users can extract data and save in Excel format also. The package allows the user to navigate, select locations and data points and extract data. However, downloading the results and data are possible only in Excel format.

Ans. The user can purchase data on Annual Subscription Mode, under which the license to use the product software is valid for one year from the date of installation. During the subscription period all updates (if any) will be provided free of cost to the client. On completion of one year of subscription the software will cease to work.

Ans. Indicus uses primary survey data from many data sources and consequently millions of records are contained in our extensive database system. The information is from on-going large-scale primary surveys by Indicus, latest and previous various rounds of National Sample Survey Organisation (NSSO) surveys, National Data Survey of Savings Patterns of Indians (NDSSPI), District –level Household Survey (DLHS), etc. We also compare, contrast, analyze, find relationships and validate the insights from aggregate data available from Registrar General of India, the National Account Statistics (NAS), Central Statistical Organisation, etc. Moreover, Indicus conducts an extensive econometric exercise that reveals the structure of every district's economy.
