Monitoring & Evaluation

Monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of development programs provides donor agencies, governments, program managers, and the community a means of learning from past experience, improving provision and delivery, better planning and allocating systems, and increasing overall accountability. M&E by an independent agency such as Indicus has two benefits – (i) to understand success and failure points and (ii) find elements where course corrections are required.
