Independent review and exit plan for the industrial policy resolution

The DFID supported project, IPR (TA) was formulated to assist the Government of Orissa in implementation of Industrial Policy Resolution (IPR) 2001. This study undertakes an independent review of the overall impact of the various components of this Project; a key lesson learnt and draws an exit plan to ensure sustainability of the project objectives, approaches and activities beyond the end of the DFID support to the project in May 2008.
