What is the economic forecast?
Tuesday, December 2nd, 2008These days all anyone wants to talk to me about is “So whats going to happen”? Right, and I am god! Sumita sent me an e-mail (I quote from it, without permission, hope she does not mind). “…this economy growth scene is very dukhi…and we need to go lower…! whoever gets this years forecast right would be just lucky!!” I think now we’re now going to be in the 5.5 to 7.5 range this year and similiar one next year. But a rough guess is 6.5% for both this financial year and next. But the point is, forecasting is a pain. So much could go wrong, and so many great things could happen.
